• using the account, username or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to a third party or permitting a third party to access your account
• selling or otherwise transferring your profile
• using any information obtained from the PEbuzz Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• displaying an advertisement on your profile or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any commercial activity on or through the PEbuzz Services on behalf of that person
• using the PEbuzz Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the PEbuzz Site or the PEbuzz Service ("Submissions") provided by you to PEbuzz are non-confidential and shall become the sole property of PEbuzz.
